Being a landscape designer, there are quite a few services I can provide my client. They can be as simple as an visit to their home and consult the client on what they feel is necessary for their landscape or as complex as a complete landscape design for an entire lot.
However, if you are in need of designs for:
- layout of grading, vehicular paving, drainage, storm water management, irrigation, retaining walls, decks, gazebos, and swimming pools.
- the purpose of obtaining federal, state, or local building construction, or related permits or authorizations.
- federal, state, or local public works or public projects
- properties that are not privately owned.
You need to contact a licensed Landscape Architect, which I am not. As stated by Rhode Island state law, the above listed projects cannot be designed by a landscape designer. If you do have projects that need help and contain any of the above listed issues, please contact me and I can refer you to a licensed Landscape Architect.
My services can be as complex as a complete landscape design of many pages of lists and drawings. In most cases, what the client wishes or needs to be happy with their landscape, I can provide the appropriate services to them. I am a design only firm and will recommend a landscape construction company if needed.
Services:
- Consultation only: I can give the client guidance on how to care for their landscape. This can be an on-going service where I act as a on-call gardening mentor or a one time visit. Please visit the consultation page of my website for more information
- Complete Landscape Design: This includes a planting plan drawn to scale, plant material lists, plant info sheets (bloom period, color of bloom, and sizes), and approximated retail plant price lists. Maintenance schedules can be arranged upon clients' requests.
