Concept Plan
The concept plan is a direct elaboration of the site-related functional diagram. The main difference between the two is the concept plan is much more detailed in both content and graphic representation. This takes the generalized areas of the site-related diagram and subdivides them into a more specific uses. For example, an "entrance area" will become bubbles for a walk, foyer, plantings, etc. Sometimes, this step can be simultaneous with the site-related diagram.
